The vehicle warranty does not cover
Maintenance and adjustments:
Routine and scheduled maintenance work required to keep the vehicle in technically sound state according to the operations specified in the service book, adding additives and replacing the particulate filter when a certain mileage is reached, as well as replacing consumables - such as oil, air, fuel and cabin filters.
Adjustment and tuning of various systems: wheel angles, wheel balancing, door adjustment, etc.
Replacement of parts whose natural wear and tear is related to the car's operation, mileage, geographical and climatic conditions, if the replacement is not caused by any defect. This includes such parts as brake pads, friction pads and brake discs, tyres, clutch, battery, drive belts, shock absorbers, wiper blades, plugs, lamps, batteries and fuses, ball joints and elastic joints (silent blocks), wheel hub bearings, textiles, etc.
Elimination of phenomena related to vehicle operation:
Vibrations and noises associated with the operation of the vehicle's systems, as well as discolouration, deterioration of appearance or loss of shape of equipment elements due to their natural wear and tear and dilapidation.
Damage caused by the use of non-original technical fluids, parts or accessories or such items that do not have the qualities and properties of the original ones, as well as by the use of improper or inferior fuels and additives not recommended by the company.
Damage caused by natural phenomena, such as hail, floods, lightning, thunderstorms and other atmospheric phenomena, as well as damage caused by accidents, fire, or theft.
Consequences of repair work by companies not authorised by the manufacturer and consequences of the installation of additional equipment not approved by the manufacturer.
Tyres warranted by their direct manufacturer;
Any other cases not covered by these obligations or not legally formalised in the warranty agreements, in particular compensation for indirect or incidental damages arising from the possible repair of the vehicle.

What to retain the right to have the vehicle repaired under warranty
You must provide your vehicle's service booklet with all service records and a warranty certificate correctly completed by the dealer who sold you the vehicle.
You must have your car repaired and serviced strictly in accordance with the regulations of PEUGEOT CITROEN RUS LLC only in the trade and service network of Citroën and have documentary evidence of this (marks of scheduled maintenance, copies of orders, bills, invoices, etc.).
Immediately upon detection of any signs of any malfunction, you must submit the vehicle for repair to the Citroën service centre during its working hours. This must be done in order to preserve the safe use of the vehicle for you and your passengers and to prevent further development of the malfunction that could lead to more serious damage. This means that the costs of rectifying the defect and its consequences will not be reimbursed under the warranty if you do not take timely action immediately upon discovery of the malfunction.
You must accept all invitations to come to the company's sales and service network to bring your vehicle to a proper technical condition as soon as possible.
Failure to comply with these regulations makes you liable for any direct or possible indirect consequences arising from the malfunctioning of your vehicle.

The vehicle has been altered or modified in a way that was not intended or authorised by PEUGEOT CITROEN RUS LLC or such works were not done in accordance with its specifications;
The malfunction is caused by the owner's negligent actions or failure to follow the instructions in the operation and maintenance manual;
The vehicle has been operated under abnormal conditions or in competition, or has been subjected to at least short-term overloading;
The vehicle's odometer has been altered or its readings cannot be reliably determined.
(When replacing the odometer, the employee of the Citroën sales and service centre must fill in the "Odometer replacement card" in the car's service booklet).
The vehicle has been altered or modified in a way that was not intended or authorised by PEUGEOT CITROEN RUS LLC or such works were not done in accordance with its specifications;
The malfunction is caused by the owner's negligent actions or failure to follow the instructions in the operation and maintenance manual;
The vehicle has been operated under abnormal conditions or in competition, or has been subjected to at least short-term overloading;
The vehicle's odometer has been altered or its readings cannot be reliably determined.
(When replacing the odometer, the employee of the Citroën sales and service centre must fill in the "Odometer replacement card" in the car's service booklet).
The body paintwork warranty does not cover the following:
Damage to the body paintwork caused by environmental phenomena and influences such as atmospheric precipitation, chemicals, animals and plants, sand, salt, gravel impact or natural disasters (hail, floods), as well as other external factors (which may or may not be related to the accident).
Damage caused by the owner's negligence, due to untimely remedial action or due to failure to comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Damage caused by reasons not specified in the terms of the contractual warranty of the manufacturer.
Consequences of repairs, conversions and other modifications carried out by companies outside the official sales and service network of the vehicle manufacturer.
Damage caused by the owner's negligence, due to untimely remedial action or due to failure to comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Damage caused by reasons not specified in the terms of the contractual warranty of the manufacturer.
Consequences of repairs, conversions and other modifications carried out by companies outside the official sales and service network of the vehicle manufacturer.
