ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME
Take advantage of the roadside assistance programme in the event of vehicle immobilisation by calling 8 800 100 12 23 if you have Citroёn or 8-800-555-18-10 if you have Peugeot.
You will be helped to fix the fault on the spot or have your vehicle towed to the nearest dealership so you can continue your journey. For owners of Citroёn and Peugeot vehicles with the first 3 symbols of VIN LDC_____ and EC2_____ the following services are available, if the seller in the vehicle title (PTS) is the company "Automotive technologies”:
- Preliminary diagnostics by phone, which allows to eliminate some malfunctions remotely, without sending to the site the technical assistance service or the tow truck
- Sending a special technical assistance vehicle to the place of breakdown to eliminate the malfunction: starting the engine in case of battery discharge; minor electrical repairs; blowing the engine cooling radiator
- Sending a tow truck to transport the vehicle to a dealer network centre if on-site repairs do not eliminate the fault, or if this was clear from the beginning when communicating over the phone (in case of an accident or other breakdowns)
- Provision of taxi service (number of trips depends on conditions)*
- Courtesy vehicle**
- Technical assistance in case of wheel damage: on-site wheel replacement. Provided only for vehicles under manufacturer's warranty (with spare wheel/emergency spare wheel); evacuation to the nearest repair organization to any nearest service centre in case of tyre damage. Roadside assistance programme applies to all Citroën and Peugeot vehicles within the warranty period. Services not listed above are not covered by the programme. Services under the basic and extended lists of the roadside assistance programme are valid in a geographical area within a radius of 150 km from the borders of the city (200 km from the Moscow Ring Road for Moscow/Ring Road for St. Petersburg), where an authorised official centre of the Peugeot and Citroën dealer network is located. The information provided in this section is valid at the time of its publication on the site. “Automotive technologies” LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Programme and its termination without prior notice to the owners of vehicles participating in the Programme.
* Provision of the taxi service is not an obligation of PEUGEOT CITROEN RUS LLC and is used as a commercial gesture to maintain loyalty. In all cases, however, the following conditions must be fulfilled at the same time:
A. Warranty repairs;
- The vehicle is under manufacturer's warranty
- The period of repair works does NOT exceed 24 hours and the vehicle is at the dealer centre
> Taxi is provided from the dealer centre to the address of residency (to be named by the customer) while waiting for the repair and from the address of residency to the dealer centre.
B. Non-warranty repairs;
- The vehicle is immobilised (operation is impossible according to traffic rules or for technical reasons)
- The vehicle is delivered to the dealer
> Taxi is provided from the dealer centre to the address of residency (to be named by the customer) for the time of waiting for repair.
