Automotive Technologies is engaged in the production, wholesale and distribution of automobiles, spare parts and components. In 2023, we expanded our business and became a technology partner of PCMA Rus in Rosva Industrial Park. Now we are launching large-scale projects in the automotive industry.

Our main goal is to ensure efficient workload of the Kaluga plant. We offer machining services at our own production site.

Our capabilities

The machining area is equipped with high-precision and high-speed CNC horizontal milling systems. The equipment is mainly designed for aluminum alloys and metals of similar hardness.

We perform:

  • Milling of various casings (cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, drain pans, covers, gearbox housings)
  • Assembly and sub-assembly of blank parts, including pressing
  • Laser engraving, high-pressure washing and vacuum drying
  • Quality control on a coordinate measuring machine with 3D scanning

This year we expect delivery of a Russian-made CNC honing machine.
Regardless of the manufacturing sector we offer:

  • Precision machining of complex surfaces
  • Adherence to tight tolerances

But that's not all! We are also ready to produce small but critical parts such as connecting rods, camshaft and crankshaft covers, metal housings for electronic units and modules.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Capacity for machining of internal combustion engines:

  • 35,000 cylinder blocks per year (Aluminum, 4 cylinders).

EQUIPMENT:

  • Three double pallet 4 axis horizontal machining centers.
  • CNC honing machine.
  • Portal laser complex for marking of parts.
  • CNC high-pressure washing machine.
  • Vacuum drying machine for parts.
  • Manual unloading of blank parts using a crane and a load-handling device.
  • Assembly stations with automated screwing system.
