AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES
“Automotive technologies” is a Russian independent company for production, wholesale supply and distribution of automobiles, spare parts and components, motor oils and technical fluids.
In December 2023, with the assistance of the Kaluga Regional Administration, the company “Automotive technologies” expanded its business and launched pre-series production of Citroёn vehicles in Russia at a plant in the Rosva Industrial Park.
In March 2024, the series assembly of medium-sized crossovers Citroёn С5 Aircross started at the plant in Kaluga.

In accordance with the strategy of progressive development and support of the regularity of the pace of production at the restarted PCMA Rus facilities, the local management of the Kaluga plant decided to lease it to the company “Automotive technologies”.
“Automotive technologies” LLC successfully implements a plan of measures aimed at efficient utilisation of production capacities.
A new stage in the development of the Automotive Technologies company and our plant
On May 28, Automotive Technologies became part of a large Russian industrial group that is actively developing automotive component production and already unites 13 modern enterprises across the country.
MGC Group Holding acquired a 100% stake in Automotive Technologies.
What it means for us.
First of all, this is a strong and ambitious step forward. Joining MGC Group opens up new opportunities for Automotive Technologies to grow, develop, and scale. The Holding considers the Automotive Technologies site to be strategically important and plans to invest in the development of production projects, deepening localization and creating new capacities.
The focus is on the development of key technological processes: stamping, welding, production of automotive components and increasing technological independence. This means not just stability, but moving forward - with new tasks, new projects, and new perspectives.
Integration with MGC Group is aimed at improving efficiency, developing logistics and launching new production programs. This creates all the conditions for stable and full utilization of the enterprise, increasing production volumes and creating additional jobs.
