By ticking the box "I consent to processing and storage of personal data", in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - 152-FZ), I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest give my consent to the operators of Automotive Technologies LLC (105120, Russia, Moscow, 2nd Syromyatnichesky per., building 1, room 1/1), PEUGEOT CITROËN RUS LLC (105120, Moscow, 2nd Syromyatnichesky per., building 1, floor 9, room I, office 112) to process and perform any actions by any means in relation to the information related to my personal data specified in the contact form on the website (hereinafter "personal data"). I hereby express my consent to perform the following actions with my personal data (without limitation): collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, clarification (updating, modification), storage (in electronic form and on paper), use, depersonalisation, blocking, destruction, with or without the use of automation tools, transfer of personal data to third parties with whom the operators have valid contracts, under which the operators entrust the processing of personal data for the following purposes, as well as transfer to any other companies with which the above mentioned operators have/shall enter into relevant contracts at their sole discretion for the following purposes:

Processing my request and communicating with me for the purposes related to the processing and fulfilment of the request by various means of communication, namely by means of: internet; messages to e-mail address; short text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) to a telephone number; as well as by using information and communication services such as Viber, WhatsApp and similar; telephone calls;
Delivery of ordered/agreed goods and provision of services.

Consent to processing of personal data in accordance with the above mentioned terms and conditions is granted by me for a period of ten (10) years. I am notified and agree that the said consent may be withdrawn in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" by sending written notifications to Automotive Technologies LLC, PEUGEOT CITROËN RUS LLC by registered mail with a list of enclosures, or in person against signature of delivery to an authorised representative. In case the relevant party receives the notification, the personal data shall be destroyed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation without further notification of the applicant about the destruction.
