This year Automotive Technologies (AT) is expanding its operations in Russian and start car production at the PCMA Rus plant in the Kaluga region.

Thus AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES acts in the Russian Federation as the main importer of components, manufacturer and distributor of cars.

The official launch of production of medium-sized crossovers at the facilities of PCMA Rus plant took place December 19, in Kaluga (Rosva Industrial Park) in the presenсe of the Governor of Kaluga Region, Vladislav Shapsha.

By the end of the year a pilot batch of 48 cars will be assembled at the plant. The serial production will begin in 2024.

"Today our company is officially expanding its business. In addition to importing cars and spare parts we launch car production in Russia at the facilities of PCMA Rus acting as an industrial partner of the enterprise. For us this is an important stage that will allow us to offer high–quality and competitive cars to Russian customers, to ensure production load of plant, save jobs and continue the planned development of the enterprise with further increase of localization, expansion and integration of new projects," - said Pavel Bezruchenko, Director of Strategic Development at Automotive Technologies LLC.
